Hoa Phat Agriculture adjusts the IPO share payment deadline to 4 PM on January 5, 2026.

Hoa Phat Agricultural Development Joint Stock Company (HPA) has adjusted the deadline for receiving the remaining share purchase payments from allocated investors to 4:00 PM on January 5, 2026, instead of ending at 4:00 PM on December 24, 2025 as originally planned.

The subscription and deposit payment period for HPA's initial public offering officially closed at 4:00 PM on December 15th, exceeding the target. The total number of shares reserved reached over 35.7 million, surpassing the planned issuance of 30 million shares by 19%.

The adjustment of the timeframe for receiving the remaining share purchase payments from allocated investors is intended to facilitate investors in completing the payment procedures, especially in the context of the upcoming Christmas and Lunar New Year holidays.

Accordingly, investors who have been allocated the remaining shares have the opportunity to deposit the remaining amount between December 18, 2025, and 4:00 PM on January 5, 2026, into the announced account.

Other details of the offering remain unchanged. Investors must follow the instructions in the public offering notice No. 22/2025/CV-NNHP dated November 20, 2025, and the instructions for registration and payment for shares dated November 20, 2025.

At its IPO price of VND 41,900, HPA expects to deliver a dividend yield of approximately 9.2% over the next 12 months, including the remaining dividend for 2025 and an interim dividend for 2026 in cash. Between 2026 and 2030, HPA anticipates maintaining a minimum dividend of VND 3,000 per share annually, equivalent to an annual dividend yield of approximately 7.2%.

HPA currently operates two animal feed mills, seven pig farming clusters covering an area of ​​387.9 hectares, three Australian cattle farms, and two poultry farms.

By 2030, HPA aims to increase its animal feed production capacity to 1 million tons per year, raise 900,000 commercial pigs per year, expand its cattle farming to 73,000 head per year, and maintain a chicken egg production of 336 million eggs per year. Expected revenue is over 12,000 billion VND, after-tax profit is approximately 1,750 billion VND, with ROE maintained above 25%.
