In recent years, along with the strong digital transformation process in the field of e-commerce, Ha Tinh OCOP products have been introduced to the market in a more modern way. In that journey, the youth union members play a key role, from image building, content production, livestream promotion to supporting OCOP entities in operating online booths.
This activity has created practical results, contributing to improving people's promotion and business capacity.

At the forum "Digital transformation in communication to promote OCOP products of youth" organized by the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Youth Union in coordination with the Central Youth Union (September 2023), hundreds of youth union members were shared experiences in content creation, algorithm optimization, short content thinking and how to create sales funnels by e-commerce experts, Tiktokers, and KOLs. This is an opportunity for young people to access modern marketing methods, improve their practical capacity and digital commerce thinking.
The highlight of the forum was the “Online OCOP Market” . Here, young people directly operated a livestream promoting Ha Tinh agricultural products. In just 4 hours, the livestream attracted nearly 15 million views, more than 300,000 live views and brought in nearly 500 million VND in revenue. This result demonstrates the power of digital platforms when properly exploited and accompanied by young people.

Union member Nguyen Thi My Lien (Dong Loc commune) shared: “Previously, I only posted simple sales posts, which were not very effective. When I was instructed on how to shoot short videos , optimize content and interact during livestreams, I became much more confident. Thanks to that, local OCOP products have reached more young customers.”
In the period of 2022 - 2025, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union also maintains many playgrounds on digital platforms such as "Youth booth", contests "Ha Tinh Youth is proud of Vietnamese brands", "Youth spreads the value of Ha Tinh products"... The programs attract thousands of union members and many famous Tiktokers and KOLs, creating an environment for practicing real-life communication, contributing to improving the effectiveness of product promotion.

Participating in the livestream "Vietnamese Goods Market" with Thien Cam Commune Youth Union in November 2025, Mr. Truong Tuan Anh - representative of the channel "3 Good Fathers" commented: "What impressed me most was your eagerness to learn and your spirit of immediate practice. If you continue to maintain a professional approach, many young people can completely become communications staff, selling digital products for cooperatives right in the locality."
At the grassroots level, commune and ward unions have proactively implemented the OCOP support model. In Huong Khe commune, youth union members have organized guidance for entities to open online booths, build standard product descriptions, and practice packaging and delivery processes according to e-commerce standards. Mr. Tran Huu Linh - Secretary of the Huong Khe Commune Youth Union shared: "We identify youth as the pioneering force in digital transformation. When you support effectively, people will trust and become more proactive in bringing products to the online environment."

Thanks to these accompanying activities, the digital skills of young people have been gradually improved. Many young people have learned to create promotional videos and interactive consulting when livestreaming, contributing to saving costs for OCOP subjects, improving image quality and expanding access to customers. At the same time, the activities also create an experiential environment, arousing the spirit of entrepreneurship, opening up career directions suitable for the digital economy for rural youth.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Hai Dang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union shared: "Digital transformation is an inevitable requirement and young people are the most suitable force to lead this process. We hope that each member will be both a technical supporter and a "digital ambassador", accompanying the people to bring Ha Tinh products to a wider market."

OCOP promotion activities on digital platforms not only bring economic efficiency, but also contribute to spreading the unique cultural values of Ha Tinh in a modern way, close to young people. Product storytelling videos and livestreams introducing specialties have created a friendly, authentic image with a strong hometown identity.
With the support of the Youth Union and the creative spirit of the youth, the journey of bringing Ha Tinh OCOP products to the digital space in the past term has achieved many outstanding results. This is not only a step in line with the trend but also a solid foundation to promote startups, enhance product value and spread pride in hometown specialties, towards the 19th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ha Tinh province.
