A special screening for the media was held on the morning of December 9 in Ho Chi Minh City. Director Hoang Nam and the film cast, including People's Artist Thanh Hoa, Tran Tu, Hong Khanh, Huy Vo, Ha Huong, People's Artist Bui Bai Binh, Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan... interacted and shared stories about the filmmaking process.

In her sharing, Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan - who only appeared in a small role in the film - could not hide her emotions when having the opportunity to participate in a work that she considered to be realistic, rich in humanity and positive messages about family and friendship.
The female artist said that when she watched the film again, she saw images of her mother, her children and grandchildren, the street corners of Hanoi , the lives of hardship, hard work, and toil. Speaking of this, she burst into tears. She believes that the film has some good parts, some bad parts, but the good parts are more.

The Miracle Generation (formerly known as "Don't Be Sad, Grandma ") is the second film by director Hoang Nam after "The Ghost Lights ". The film also marks the first time the film industry has entered the film industry with the important role of People's Artist Thanh Hoa - who plays the role of Nga Tu's grandmother in the film.
She said that participating in the film was a miracle for her. While watching the footage on screen, she cried from beginning to end. The humorous artist shared that she has been passionate about acting since she was a child and only likes to play princesses. Even though she has passed the age of 75 to fulfill her childhood dream, she is still very happy.

According to director Hoang Nam, when inviting People's Artist Thanh Hoa to participate in the film, she was quite worried and had to convince her a lot. Because besides her love for cinema, she had never acted in a film before. He had to promise to bring a role that everyone would love and try his best to help her have a role that matched her passion.
It is known that the role of Mrs. Nga Tu was not written to be tailor-made for People's Artist Thanh Hoa from the beginning. Hoang Nam shared that he also had concerns about whether she could act. However, when reviewing her interview clips, he felt the sincerity in each sentence so he decided to invite her.

Sharing more about the project, director Hoang Nam said that when he decided to make the film with the setting entirely in Hanoi, he initially thought it would be less expensive and lighter than Ghost Lights .

However, in reality, the film has many big scenes, action scenes, and accident scenes, which greatly increased the cost. However, when he finished the film, he felt relieved because he had conveyed the film's message about family love, grandmother-grandchild love, and also relieved psychological pressure. He hoped the film could break even so he could continue making the next film.
Generation of Miracles will have early screenings from December 10, before officially opening in theaters nationwide from December 12.
