While the singer was walking on the yellow carpet with the cast of Michelle Yeoh, Cynthia Erivo and Jeff Goldblum, a strange man suddenly ran up and hugged her tightly from the front.

Multiple videos show a man in a white shirt with long, blue-dyed hair rushing towards Ariana at high speed, startling her. Actress Cynthia Erivo immediately rushed in, blocking Ariana and the troublemaker, and shouted loudly to stop the dangerous action. Security guards then quickly appeared, restrained the man and took him out of the area.

Ariana appeared panicked and had to stop to take a deep breath before Michelle Yeoh and Cynthia Erivo stepped in to calm her down.

On social media, fans quickly identified the troublemaker as Johnson Wen, often referred to by the nickname Pyjama Man . He is famous on the internet for repeatedly breaking into major events to attract attention. After the incident, Wen even posted a self-recorded video on Instagram, thanking Ariana “for letting him walk the golden carpet”, causing even more criticism from the public.

Johnson Wen previously caused chaos on Katy Perry's stage in June and stormed into The Weeknd's show in August before being thrown out by security.
