The 11th National Congress of Emulation and Patriotic Movements is a major political and social event, embodying the faith and aspirations of Vietnam.
As one of two exemplary representatives of the young business community, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc My - Member of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alphanam Group, was moved to be immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of emulation, to meet Labor Heroes, Heroes of the Armed Forces, and other exemplary young people.

For Ms. My, the Congress is not just a place of honor, but also a space for inspiration.
“That convergence shows that the spirit of patriotic emulation knows no age, profession, or region limits. It is the thread that unites all Vietnamese people in their aspiration to contribute. I feel even more deeply the responsibility of today's young generation of entrepreneurs: to innovate, create, and spread positive values to the community,” the businesswoman shared.
Every entrepreneur is an "ambassador" of the nation's image.
From the perspective of a young Vietnamese entrepreneur who studied abroad and led many delegations of young Vietnamese entrepreneurs to the world , Ms. Nguyen Ngoc My believes that patriotism doesn't necessarily have to be about grand gestures. Patriotism begins with kindness, integrity, and striving to do the right thing – the best in even the smallest matters.
Whether leading the delegation of young entrepreneurs at the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) or meeting at the negotiating table with multinational corporations, she is always conscious of carrying the image of Vietnam on her shoulders. Each handshake, each signed project not only brings economic value but also serves as an opportunity to introduce and promote Vietnam's heritage, values, and spirit; it is a reaffirmation to international friends of a dynamic, civilized, and trustworthy Vietnam.
For Ms. My, love for her country also encompasses the spirit of "mutual support" and "helping those in need." Besides her business activities, she has joined other members of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association in donating and supporting people in areas affected by storms, floods, and natural disasters.

Building a "humanistic business"
Ms. Nguyen Ngoc My is particularly fond of the concept of "patriotism through productive labor." For her, businesses are a cell of the nation, and a strong nation is only possible when it has healthy and ethical cells.
At Alphanam Group, she has realized this mindset through meaningful commitments. Alphanam is the first Vietnamese real estate company to achieve EDGE Move certification – a global standard for gender equality. She has strived to create a work environment where women are empowered and each individual has the opportunity to "shine in their own way."
"Kind and passionate employees will create beautiful and humane products. That is the image of me, of Alphanam, and of Vietnam in this era of integration," she expressed.
For nearly a decade, Ms. My's Alphanam Green Foundation has gone beyond environmental protection and education initiatives. Her philanthropic philosophy is "empowerment and trust."
Ms. My focuses on training "young leaders" in local communities, helping them develop leadership skills so that they themselves can become agents of change in their communities. Most recently, the fund has also extended its support to disadvantaged groups and social enterprises founded by people with disabilities, helping them become self-reliant and contribute to society.
Emulation in innovation and dedication
Entering a new era of national progress, businesswoman Nguyen Ngoc My believes that the spirit of "Competition is patriotism" is expressed through competitive actions of innovation, dedication, and responsibility.
Every business and every entrepreneur needs to uphold the spirit of daring to think, daring to act, and daring to experiment with new models, products, or solutions. In the coming time, Alphanam will continue to encourage a culture of innovation at all levels, so that each individual can proactively contribute initiatives, improve processes, and together create real, sustainable value.
To ensure that this spirit truly spreads widely, Ms. My expressed her hope that the State and relevant agencies will continue to improve the legal framework and flexible pilot mechanisms, creating favorable conditions, supporting and empowering the Vietnamese business community, including the younger generation.
"We are living in an era where the world is changing at an increasingly rapid pace, so today's emulation is not just about meeting targets, but also about the ability to be pioneers, innovate, and find new directions to contribute to the development of the country," Ms. My said.

Respecting traditional values and Vietnamese identity.
Ms. Nguyen Ngoc My believes that Vietnam is entering a completely new era, opening up unprecedented opportunities for the young generation of Vietnam. Alongside these new opportunities, every young person needs to cherish and promote the fine traditional values that have shaped the identity of the Vietnamese people.
"I believe that cultural foundations are the most effective tools for guiding behavior and fostering lasting patriotism in the younger generation. Family and school are the two cradles that spread these values, where character, love for one's homeland, and responsibility to the community are formed," Ms. My said.
Attending the 11th National Emulation Congress, Ms. My hopes that the Congress will inspire and create a strong impetus for leaders at all levels, organizations, and businesses to invest more in nurturing patriotism through education, culture, and the preservation of national heritage.
"In this age of technology and a flat world, we need to see the beauty of our own country more clearly – to be proud of our faraway lands, of the untold stories of Vietnam, instead of just focusing on the world. Because understanding and deeply loving our country is the beginning of all sustainable creativity and contribution," she expressed.
Some of the achievements of young entrepreneur Nguyen Ngoc My include: the "Outstanding Vietnamese Businesswoman - Golden Rose Cup" award; a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister; the Red Star Award; the Southeast Asian Outstanding Businesswoman Cup and the Excellent Corporate Governance Award; and the NEXT Awards 2025 in the individual category "The Next Generation".
