Mr. Hoang Van Bang was appointed Director of Lam Dong Department of Foreign Affairs.

On the morning of November 14, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce the Decision on personnel work. Attending were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh and leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province.

At the ceremony, Mr. Do Van Chung, Director of the Department of Home Affairs, announced Decision No. 2115/QD-UBND dated November 13, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on the transfer and appointment of leadership and management civil servants for Mr. Hoang Van Bang.

Accordingly, Mr. Hoang Van Bang, Provincial Party Committee member, Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs. The term of appointment is 5 years.
