Here, Deputy Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organizing Committee Nguyen Minh Long announced the decisions on personnel work of the Hanoi Party Committee's Standing Committee for the Hanoi Capital Command Party Committee.

According to Decision No. 287-QD/TU dated November 14, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command, term 2025 - 2030.
According to Decision No. 346-QD/TU dated December 6, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, Mr. Vu Dai Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee was appointed to participate as a member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command, term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense , General Phan Van Giang congratulated Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc and Mr. Vu Dai Thang on their new assignments.
General Phan Van Giang highly appreciated the leadership and direction of Hanoi, the active and proactive advice of the Hanoi Capital Command in performing the national defense and military tasks in 2025, and requested the Hanoi Capital Party Committee - Command to continue to advise the city to lead, direct the implementation and complete well the local national defense and military tasks in the coming time.
Besides, well implement Resolution No. 490/NQ-HDND dated November 27, 2025 of the Hanoi People's Council on building the defense zone of Hanoi until 2030 and the following years; strictly maintain combat readiness, guard duty, coordinate with forces to grasp the local situation, advise on timely handling of situations, avoid being passive and surprised.
Also at the working session, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command Nguyen Duy Ngoc respectfully thanked the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense and Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang for their attention, leadership and direction in implementing the capital's military and defense tasks in 2025.
Besides, Mr. Nguyen Duy Ngoc informed some general features of the capital's development direction according to the Resolution of the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee, building a civilized and modern capital and affirmed that the Hanoi Capital Command Party Committee will receive, lead and direct the implementation of the opinions and directions of the Minister of National Defense in effectively performing tasks.
