On the morning of April 2, the Department of Finance held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on personnel work.
Comrade Ho Thi Nguyen Thao, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, the Department of Home Affairs and related departments and branches, along with officers and civil servants of the Department of Finance attended.
At the conference, the representative of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision 399/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on accepting and appointing Mr. Nguyen Huu Toan, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance. The appointment term is 5 years from April 2, 2024.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Ho Thi Nguyen Thao congratulated Mr. Nguyen Huu Toan on being entrusted with the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; at the same time, she said that with his professional training and experience working at the Department of Finance, Mr. Toan will have basic advantages when approaching the job.

In his new position, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Mr. Toan to continue to promote his capacity and experience, together with the leadership team and officers and civil servants of the Department of Finance, to unite and unify, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Thanking the provincial leaders for their trust and assignment, Mr. Nguyen Huu Toan said he will try his best, wholeheartedly, together with the leaders and officers and civil servants of the Department of Finance to do a good job of advising on financial and budgetary work for the province.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Toan was born in 1986, from Hoa Quang Nam commune, Phu Hoa district. Qualification: Master of Economics, senior political theory. He used to be Deputy Head of Price and Public Asset Management Department, Deputy Chief of Office, Chief of Office of the Department of Finance; Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.
