On the morning of November 16, Hue City Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work of the Secretariat.

At the conference, the representative of the Central Organizing Committee announced and handed over the decision to transfer and appoint key personnel of Hue City.

The Secretariat has decided to appoint and transfer Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

At the same time, the Secretariat also decided that Mr. Phan Thien Dinh - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City, would resign from his position as Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City to be transferred to a new position.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan was born on April 19, 1970, hometown in Ninh Thuy ward, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province (now Dong Ninh Hoa ward, Khanh Hoa province).

Professional qualifications: Bachelor of Judicial Law, Bachelor of Party Building and State Administration.

From December 2008 to May 2010: Chief of Office of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.
From May to August 2010: Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Cam Ranh City Party Committee.
From September to December 2010: Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Cam Ranh City Party Committee.
