Attending the ceremony were Mr. Duong Van Hoang, Director of the Provincial Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies; representatives of the leaders of Cho Gao, Binh Ninh, An Thanh Thuy, Tan Thuan Binh, My Tinh An, and Luong Hoa Lac communes.
At the ceremony, Mr. Duong Van Hoang, Director of the provincial branch of the Social Policy Bank, handed over the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tinh, Director of the Cai Lay Social Policy Bank Transaction Office, to hold the position of Director of the Cho Gao Social Policy Bank Transaction Office from December 1, 2025.
The transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tinh is a recognition of his capacity, experience and sense of responsibility during his work. At the same time, it shows the trust and expectation of the Provincial Branch Management Board of the Social Policy Bank in the strong development of the Cho Gao Social Policy Bank Transaction Office in the coming time.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tinh expressed his deep gratitude to the Board of Directors of the Provincial Social Policy Bank Branch and pledged to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, effort, creativity, and proactive coordination with local authorities and entrusted socio- political organizations, in order to effectively implement social policy credit programs, serving people and policy beneficiaries better and better in the area.
Currently, the Cho Gao Social Policy Bank Transaction Office has 19 transaction points in 6 communes: Cho Gao, Binh Ninh, An Thanh Thuy, Tan Thuan Binh, My Tinh An, Luong Hoa Lac with 290 savings and loan groups, which is the "preferential credit bridge" of the Party and State to the people, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals of sustainable poverty reduction and social security.
