Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc was transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.

On the afternoon of November 11, Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

Congratulating Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc on being assigned by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Commission Nguyen Quang Duong emphasized that Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc was born in Ninh Binh and has held many positions.

With knowledge, experience from the working process, courage, capacity, and good qualities, the new Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, together with the leaders of Hung Yen province, will quickly approach the work and carry out the tasks well.

The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee hopes that provincial leaders, all levels and sectors will unite, coordinate, share and support Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc to perform well the assigned tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony to receive the assignment, Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee Pham Quang Ngoc said that he is deeply aware that the new position is an honor and at the same time a responsibility to the Politburo , the Secretariat, the Party Committee, the government and the people of Hung Yen province; he affirmed that he will continue to practice, learn, and make determined efforts to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc was born in 1973, from Ninh Binh province; political theory level: advanced; professional level: PhD in Animal Husbandry, Master of Environmental Science, Bachelor of Biology; held the positions of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee...

Currently, the Standing Committee of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee includes: Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Quoc Toan; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Quoc Van; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Quang Ngoc.

On the same morning (November 11), at the headquarters of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision to transfer Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province Nguyen Khac Than to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term./.
