Mr. Tran Huy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province, has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and at the same time, introduced to be elected as Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province to replace Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, who has just been transferred and appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.

Previously, Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee. The People's Council of Hung Yen province also held the 33rd session (November 12) to elect Mr. Ngoc to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province for the 2021 - 2026 term.

At today's conference, in his acceptance speech, Mr. Tran Huy Tuan thanked the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Organizing Committee for their attention and trust in assigning him new responsibilities.

Mr. Tran Huy Tuan was born in 1974, hometown Lao Cai province; has a high level of political theory; professional qualifications as a hydraulic engineer, bachelor of political economics, master of economics of natural resources and environment.

During his working process, Mr. Tuan held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of the former Yen Bai province; Deputy Chief of Office, Chief of Office of the People's Committee of the former Yen Bai province; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of the former Yen Bai province.

On June 24, Mr. Tuan was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Lao Cai province (after the merger).
