Subjects for examination and surgery include: first-time cleft lip and palate patients (patients with congenital cleft lip defects who have not had surgery must be 4 months old and weigh 6kg or more; patients with congenital cleft palate defects must be at least 12 months old and weigh 9,5kg or more); patients with sequelae of congenital cleft lip and palate defects of all ages (lip scars, palatal holes, nasal defects); patients with congenital ptosis (not an ophthalmological disease such as strabismus), excess cartilage in the ear
Patients who come for examination must not have congenital diseases such as heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, etc. and must not be sick, have a fever or infection at the time of examination.
Medical expenses for surgeries will be performed free of charge for patients. In addition, patients will be supported with part of the travel and food costs during their stay in the hospital.
