(GLO)- On December 9, Petrolimex Gia Lai One Member Co., Ltd. celebrated its 50th anniversary (1975-2025). This is an important milestone for the Company, and also opens a new path with the aspiration to join the trend of green and sustainable development.

Laying the foundation for breakthrough transformation

Petroleum is considered the lifeblood of life. Therefore, after the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, the revolutionary government gave priority to the supply of petroleum. In that spirit, on December 9, 1975, Quy Nhon Petroleum Station (under the Regional Petroleum Company V) was established - the predecessor of the current Petrolimex Gia Lai One Member Co., Ltd.

Quy Nhon Gas Station is responsible for taking over the old regime's oil depot to manage, repair and restore operations. At the same time, it distributes oil according to the State's targets and plans to serve socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security in Nghia Binh province (old) and the Central Highlands provinces.

Since 2010, Petrolimex Gia Lai One Member Co., Ltd. has applied the modern SAP-ERP and EGAS enterprise management systems, helping to standardize processes and improve operational efficiency, creating a foundation for development in the 4.0 revolution period.

Along with that, the Company has comprehensively innovated the retail system through the installation of electronic pumps, standardized the Petrolimex brand identity, which has been effectively implemented, helping to increase service quality, modernize the appearance of stores, and better ensure fire prevention work.

The 5S model (sort, arrange, clean, care, ready) throughout the system has created a difference compared to other businesses in the same industry, attracting the attention of customers. The camera system installed in the stores allows the Company to monitor all business activities as well as the service manner of employees.

All sales data are automatically updated and stored in the Company's database, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Breakthrough development, reach far

On that development momentum, the Company continuously invests in perfecting its infrastructure system, fulfilling its role as a key petroleum enterprise in the region.

In the old Binh Dinh province, the Company effectively manages and exploits a petroleum depot of over 53,000 m3 and a petroleum import port capable of importing ships with a capacity of up to 10,000 DET; a network of 47 retail petroleum stores; 3 specialized stores; 27 franchisees with 36 points of sale and 4 distributors owning more than 90 points of sale covering all communes and wards.

Every year, the Company ensures the supply of over 43% of the total amount of gasoline and oil in Binh Dinh province (old), playing the role of a core enterprise in balancing supply and demand and stabilizing the market.

The business activities of Petrolimex Gia Lai One Member Co., Ltd. are growing, with revenue each year higher than the previous year. In 2020, the Company achieved revenue of VND 1,651 billion, increasing to VND 3,122 billion in 2023, VND 3,200 billion in 2024 and VND 2,690 billion in the first 9 months of 2025, equal to 103% compared to the same period last year.

In addition, the Company also ensures the supply of petroleum for downstream companies which are members of the Vietnam National Petroleum Group in the provinces of Gia Lai, Kon Tum and the old North Phu Yen region; and at the same time performs the task of national petroleum reserves.

In addition to completing political, economic and technical targets assigned by all levels, the Company has contributed thousands of billions of VND to the state budget and is always at the top of enterprises in the province with the highest budget contribution.

In the period 2020 - 2024, the Company paid 2,090 billion VND to the budget and in the first 9 months of 2025 paid 261.2 billion VND to the budget.

A new turning point opened from October 1, 2025 when Bac Tay Nguyen Petroleum One Member Co., Ltd. merged into Binh Dinh Petroleum Company, becoming Petrolimex Gia Lai One Member Co., Ltd.

Adding an additional 5,400 m3 fuel depot, 100 retail fuel stores and 40 franchisees... in the North Central Highlands region to one source has helped Petrolimex Gia Lai One Member Co., Ltd. increase its business scale and expand its market development.

It is expected that in 2025, the Company will achieve revenue of 4,177 billion VND, contributing 416 billion VND to the budget. The Company also always demonstrates high responsibility in social security work, sharing with the community, contributing to the growth and socio-economic development of the province.
