Mr. Nguyen Van Su, Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex/Group), attended and chaired the Conference along with leaders and staff from the Group's departments and divisions.
Representing Petrolimex Thanh Hoa were members of the Party Committee Standing Committee, the Company's Leadership Board, the Chief Accountant, the Auditor, heads/deputy heads of professional departments; representatives of the Trade Union, the Youth Union, the Veterans Association, and delegates representing all cadres and employees of the entire Company.
In 2025, amidst a mix of favorable and challenging factors impacting the petroleum business in general and the Company in particular, under the close leadership and guidance of the Group, the attention of all levels, and the concerted efforts and determination of the entire staff and employees, the Company exceeded most of the targets assigned by the Group. Notably: Petroleum sales volume reached 101.4% of the plan, a 9.5% increase compared to the previous year; DMN sales volume increased by 14.8%, LPG by 2.6%, and PJICO insurance by 4.5%; pre-tax profit and budget contributions exceeded the assigned targets. Investment, corporate governance, organizational restructuring, employee welfare, and grassroots democracy were effectively implemented; and the unit maintained safety in all areas.
The conference frankly acknowledged shortcomings and focused on discussing and defining the direction and goals for 2026, which is to implement comprehensive solutions to maintain the leading role in ensuring energy security, improve operational efficiency, and strive to complete and exceed the targets set by the Group. The focus is on increasing production across all channels, with the retail channel playing a fundamental role in sustainable growth; while simultaneously developing direct wholesale customers and franchisees to expand market share. The company will focus on improving management capacity, promoting digital transformation, investing in the development of modern technical infrastructure, promoting the transition to green energy; improving customer-centric service quality, caring for the well-being of employees, and building a culture of "Innovation – Transparency – Efficiency – Customer-Oriented," creating a foundation for stable and sustainable development.
In his directive speech at the Conference, Deputy General Director of Petrolimex Nguyen Van Su acknowledged and praised the outstanding achievements of the Company in 2025, and at the same time requested the leadership, staff, and employees to build on the results achieved, learn from practical experience, and be determined to complete the plan for 2026. Specifically, he requested a focus on ensuring safety in all areas; increasing sales volume across all channels; promoting the application of technology and digital transformation in management and operation; gradually forming and effectively utilizing a common database; developing the retail network both in breadth and depth; and coordinating with the Group to effectively operate and utilize petrol stations at rest stops.
