Associate Professor Dr. Le Hoang Ba Huyen holds the position of Rector of Hong Duc University.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province has just signed a decision to transfer and appoint Associate Professor Dr. Le Hoang Ba Huyen - Principal of Thanh Hoa Agricultural College - to the position of Principal of Hong Duc University.

According to document No. 185 dated February 7th from the Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province signed a decision to transfer and appoint Associate Professor Dr. Le Hoang Ba Huyen - Principal of Thanh Hoa Agricultural College - to the position of Principal of Hong Duc University.

The term of appointment is 5 years, effective from the date the decision takes effect. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.

The new Rector of Hong Duc University, Le Hoang Ba Huyen, 47 years old, hails from Hoang Tien commune, Thanh Hoa province; his professional qualifications include associate professor, doctor, senior lecturer in economics; and advanced political theory.

Associate Professor Dr. Le Hoang Ba Huyen has worked at Hong Duc University since 2003 as a lecturer, successively holding various management positions such as: Deputy Head of Faculty, then Head of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration; and Vice Rector of Hong Duc University.

From September 2022 to February 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Le Hoang Ba Huyen served as the Party Secretary and Principal of Thanh Hoa Agricultural College.
