Accordingly, on January 18th, 21st, 23rd, and 24th, at My Dinh National Stadium, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi , activities will take place as part of a special art program celebrating the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
To ensure security and traffic safety during the activities of this art program, the Hanoi City Police Department announces the following traffic diversion and route arrangements for vehicles:
From 4 PM to midnight on January 18th; and from 6 PM to midnight on January 21st, 23rd, and 24th, the Hanoi City Police will temporarily prohibit all vehicles (except those serving the Congress and vehicles with security badges) from operating on the following roads: Le Duc Tho (section from Nguyen Hoang to Le Quang Dao), Le Quang Dao (section from Le Duc Tho to Me Tri), Tan My, Do Xuan Hop, Nguyen Co Thach (section from Tran Huu Duc to Ham Nghi), and Tran Huu Duc (section from Nguyen Van Giap to Le Duc Tho).
During this period, authorities will restrict traffic, especially cars, on the following routes: Le Duc Tho (section from Nguyen Hoang to Ho Tung Mau), Nguyen Co Thach (section from Ham Nghi to Ho Tung Mau), Nguyen Hoang, Ham Nghi, Trinh Van Bo, Le Quang Dao (section from Me Tri to Thang Long Boulevard), Chau Van Liem (including the Chau Van Liem intersection overpass), and Me Tri.
Hanoi City Police simultaneously organized traffic flow and routes for vehicles traveling from National Highway 32 to Thang Long Boulevard and vice versa, following these routes: Ho Tung Mau - Pham Hung - Thang Long Boulevard and vice versa; Ho Tung Mau - Cau Dien - Xuan Phuong - Provincial Road 70 - Thang Long Boulevard and vice versa.
