Accordingly, the plan to prohibit vehicles on the fireworks display days of May 30th, June 6th, June 13th, June 20th, June 27th, and July 11th is as follows: Cars (except those serving the DIFF 2026 fireworks festival with assigned permits) are prohibited from circulating on Bach Dang Street (from Dragon Bridge to 3 Thang 2 Street); Le Duan Street (from Nguyen Chi Thanh to Bach Dang); Tran Hung Dao Street (from Vu Van Dung to Van Don); Nguyen The Loc Street, and Pham Van Dong Street (except for passenger buses with more than 30 seats) from 4 PM until the end of the fireworks display.
Cars are prohibited from 5 PM until the end of the fireworks display on the following roads: Bach Dang Street (from Phan Dinh Phung to Ly Thuong Kiet), An Don Street, Song Han Bridge and the two eastern access roads, Tran Hung Dao Street (from Nguyen Cong Tru to Van Don), Le Van Duyet Street (from Van Don to Ho Han Thuong), Van Don Street (from Tran Hung Dao to Nguyen Trung Truc), Nguyen The Loc Street and Pham Van Dong Street (except for passenger buses with more than 30 seats).
Passenger buses with more than 30 seats are prohibited on Ngo Quyen Street (from Song Han Bridge to Vuong Thua Vu Street) from 4 PM. Trailer trucks and semi-trailer trucks are prohibited on Yet Kieu Street (from Le Duc Tho to Bui Quoc Hung Street) - Ngo Quyen - Ngu Hanh Son Street from 4 PM to midnight.
Vehicles traveling on Le Loi Street are prohibited from going straight or turning left at the Le Loi - Le Duan intersection. Vehicles on Le Duan Street are prohibited from making U-turns at the Le Duan - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai intersection in the direction from Le Loi to Nguyen Thi Minh Khai. Vehicles on Quang Trung Street are prohibited from turning left (all vehicles must go straight) at the Quang Trung - Le Loi intersection (in the direction from Nguyen Chi Thanh to Le Loi); U-turns are prohibited at the Quang Trung - Nguyen Thi Minh Khai intersection from 4 PM until the end of the fireworks display.
In addition, parking is prohibited along Bach Dang Street (from Thanh Dien Hai Street to Tran Quy Cap Street): from the start of fireworks assembly until the end of the festival (from May 23rd to July 11th). During the fireworks display days: Parking is prohibited (except for vehicles serving DIFF 2026 that have been issued permits) on Tran Phu Street, Bach Dang Street (under the Song Han Bridge to Quang Trung Street), and the connecting streets between Bach Dang and Tran Phu (except Phan Dinh Phung Street).
Additionally, the following roads are closed: Ngo Quyen service road (from Song Han Bridge to Vuong Thua Vu), the connecting roads between Tran Hung Dao and Ngo Quyen (from Song Han Bridge to Vuong Thua Vu), the Dragon Bridge service road, the Song Han Bridge service road, Tran Thanh Tong road (from Ngo Quyen to Van Don), Van Don road (from Tran Thanh Tong to Tran Hung Dao), and Pham Van Dong road (except for passenger buses with more than 30 seats) during the period from 3 PM to 12 AM.
Parking and stopping are prohibited (including vehicles with priority badges, except for vehicles serving Party, State, and diplomatic leaders and with the agreement of the City Police) on the following roads: Tran Hung Dao (section from Nguyen Cong Tru to Van Don), Bach Dang (section from Quang Trung to Thanh Dien Hai road), Phan Dinh Phung, Le Duan (section from Le Loi to Tran Phu road), Quang Trung (section from Le Loi to Bach Dang).
Parking is prohibited on Nai Tu 2 Street (section from Tran Hung Dao to Nguyen Trung Truc), the connecting streets between Tran Hung Dao and Ngo Quyen, the section from Song Han Bridge to Dragon Bridge (including Nguyen Cong Tru, Nguyen Thong, Trieu Viet Vuong, Ly Nam De), and Vo Nguyen Giap Street (section from Vo Van Kiet to Hoang Ke Viem) between 3 PM and 12 AM. Parking is also (temporarily) prohibited at the parking lot on 2nd September Street next to the Cham Museum.
