The competition aims to celebrate the traditional cultural values of the Lunar New Year, from the atmosphere of welcoming spring, customs and traditions, daily life, to moments of family and community reunion during the New Year. Through photographic and video entries, the competition contributes to spreading the image of a peaceful and warm Vietnam, where traditional cultural values and happiness are shared.
The contest is held online on the digital platform https://happy.vietnam.vn , and includes two categories: Photos and Videos. It is open to Vietnamese citizens and foreigners aged 15 and above, regardless of gender, occupation, or whether they reside in Vietnam or abroad.

The work was created between February 10, 2026 and March 10, 2026.
The submitted entries will be posted and publicly voted on the digital platform according to the regulations of the Organizing Committee.
The competition results are determined based on the reach of the entries through interaction metrics such as likes and shares, ensuring transparency and fairness according to the established rules. Outstanding entries will be awarded prizes, honored, and used in media activities to promote the cultural values, people, and image of Vietnam within the framework of the "Happy Vietnam" program.
Submission period : from February 10, 2026 to March 10, 2026.

Each competition category (photos and videos) has the following prizes and prize values:
- 1st Prize: 1 Terra football, 1 Vietnam National Football Team jersey (Player version), 1 football signed by Coach Kim Sang-sik and the team;
- 1st Prize: 1 football signed by Coach Kim Sang-sik and the team, 1 set of Suvec Vietnam National Football Team merchandise;
- 1st Prize (Third Prize): 1 football signed by Coach Kim Sang-sik and the team, and a Vietnam National Football Team sports backpack;
- 02 Consolation Prizes: 01 football signed by Coach Kim Sang-sik and the team, Polo shirt of the Vietnam National Football Team players;
- Five additional "Happy Spring Trip" prizes (each prize for two people) will be awarded to five authors:
+ The work with the highest number of likes
+ The work with the highest number of shares
+ The work with the most comments
+ The author who submitted the most works
The author captured the most locations.
- Entries submitted for the Happy Tet contest will be considered for the Happy Vietnam 2026 competition.
Winning entries will receive prizes, certificates, widespread media coverage within the framework of the Happy Vietnam program, and will be considered for the Happy Vietnam 2026 competition.
X. ENFORCEMENT CLAUSES
- By submitting an entry, the author agrees to all the rules of the competition.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to adjust or supplement the regulations as needed and will announce the changes publicly.
- The Organizing Committee's decision is final.
The winning entries will receive awards, certificates, and extensive media coverage as part of the Happy Vietnam program.
