Launching the Press and Video Clip Contest on Khanh Hoa Tourism in 2025

On the afternoon of November 13, Khanh Hoa Tourism Association launched the Press and Video Clip Contest on Khanh Hoa tourism in 2025 with the theme "Khanh Hoa Tourism - A Multi-colored Picture". The contest aims to promote tourism promotion activities in 2025, towards the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Khanh Hoa Tourism Association (2005 - 2025). Attending the launching ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Tan Tuan - former Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Honorary Chairman of Khanh Hoa Tourism Association; leaders of Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, relevant departments, branches and sectors, along with a large number of reporters and journalists working in the province.

The contest is open to all Vietnamese citizens with press works, photo reports, and video clips about Khanh Hoa tourism. Entries are in the categories of print newspapers, electronic newspapers, radio, television, photo reports, and video clips. The content focuses on reflecting, introducing, and promoting the beauty of nature, culture, people, historical relics, traditional craft villages, and local specialties; recognizing new models, good practices, and outstanding collectives and individuals in tourism development. The works can also mention initiatives, reflect on difficulties and challenges in tourism development, and propose solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of Khanh Hoa tourism activities in the integration period.

According to the contest rules, printed and electronic newspaper works must not exceed 5 issues; radio broadcasts must not exceed 15 minutes; television broadcasts must not exceed 30 minutes; video clips must not exceed 10 minutes; photo reports must not exceed 20 photos with captions or comments of less than 300 words. Printed and electronic newspaper, radio and television works must be published from July 1 to December 14, 2025. Photo reports and video clips must also be accepted for works not yet published in the press. The organizing committee will receive works from November 15 to December 14, judge prizes from December 15 to 25, and award prizes at the end of December 2025. Entries must be sent to Khanh Hoa Tourism Association, No. 759, 2-4 Street, Bac Nha Trang Ward.

The contest has 4 award categories including: Print - Electronic Newspaper, Radio - Television, Photo Reportage and Video Clip. Each category has a total prize value of 37 million VND, including 1 first prize of 10 million VND, 1 second prize of 7 million VND, 2 third prizes of 5 million VND/prize and 5 consolation prizes of 2 million VND/prize.

Speaking at the launching ceremony of the contest, Mr. Pham Minh Nhut - Chairman of Khanh Hoa Tourism Association said that after the merger, the space for developing Khanh Hoa tourism has been expanded, and tourism resources are very rich. Khanh Hoa Tourism Association organizes the Press and Video Clip Contest on Khanh Hoa tourism with the theme "Khanh Hoa Tourism - A Multi-colored Picture" to encourage journalists and tourism enthusiasts to produce press works, photo reports, video clips introducing and promoting Khanh Hoa tourism to contribute to making Khanh Hoa tourism a spearhead economic sector, a pillar to promote economic growth, contributing to Khanh Hoa's economy growing by double digits in the period 2025 - 2030. Mr. Pham Minh Nhut hopes that journalists and tourism enthusiasts of Khanh Hoa will respond to the contest and send quality works to Khanh Hoa Tourism Association so that the contest can achieve the highest efficiency.
