Launching a fundraising campaign for the "For the Poor" Fund.

(CT) - On May 19th, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cai Khe Ward organized the launching ceremony for the "For the Poor" Fund campaign, phase 1-2026.

At the launching ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward implemented the plan to organize the first phase of the "For the Poor" Fund campaign, from May 19th to July 31st, 2026. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward and its member organizations will coordinate in disseminating information about the purpose and significance of the "For the Poor" Fund campaign; coordinate fundraising for the "For the Poor" Fund; and assign assistance to poor and near-poor households to achieve sustainable poverty alleviation…

Responding to the call from the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cai Khe Ward, agencies, units, businesses, and individuals pledged to donate 230 million VND. The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cai Khe Ward presented a symbolic plaque for a "Great Solidarity" house worth 60 million VND to the representative of the Front Work Committee of Area 2.
