At the conference, delegates heard the announcement: Decision to establish the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thuong Phuc commune; Decision to appoint the Executive Committee, Inspection Committee and positions in the Executive Committee, the provisional Inspection Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the commune.
Accordingly, the Youth Union of Thuong Phuc commune has 52 affiliated branches with 4,785 members. The Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the commune consists of 37 comrades, the Standing Committee consists of 13 comrades; the Inspection Committee consists of 5 comrades; Comrade Le Thi Thuy, Permanent Vice President of the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Thuong Phuc commune, term 2022 - 2027.
The conference approved the operating regulations and assigned tasks to the Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the commune; the working program for the last 6 months of 2025 of the commune Youth Union. In particular, the conference agreed to organize many meaningful activities to honor heroic martyrs on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).
With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, delegates shared experiences and proposed many practical solutions: Strengthening coordination with departments, branches and organizations in organizing movement activities; promoting the application of information technology in union member management; proactively grasping the thoughts and aspirations of young people to have appropriate directions for activities...
At the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Thuong Phuc Commune Dang Huu Hiep suggested that the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union should soon stabilize the organization, review the union members, create close links between youths of localities after the merger, ensure solidarity, unity, and effective action; focus on educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles among youths. At the same time, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements; promote youth strength, continue to improve the quality of the Youth Union organization, promote innovation in content and methods of operation in accordance with practical requirements...
Immediately after the conference, the commune Youth Union organized a general cleaning of the martyrs' cemetery.
