Party development work in private enterprises has always been a matter of special concern to the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, Party committees and Party organizations at all levels. The province has completed the Steering Committee for building Party organizations and socio-political organizations in private economic units from the provincial to commune and ward levels to focus on leading, directing, organizing, thoroughly implementing and seriously and effectively implementing this work.
As of November 2025, the whole province has about 5,200 private enterprises, of which 65 units have party organizations, with 751 party members. According to a report from the Organizing Committee of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, the rate of party organizations in private enterprises that are assessed to have excellently completed their tasks is from 7.5% to 8.3%; completing their tasks well is from 83% to 89%...
Some wards and communes that are assessed to have done well in this work include: Ky Lua ward with 14 party organizations (225 party members); Dong Kinh ward with 135 party members... Party organizations belonging to the private enterprise sector are mainly concentrated in wards in the old Lang Son city area...
According to comrade Nguyen Van Hai, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, not only have they developed in quantity, but after being established, party organizations in private enterprises in the province have always maintained and promoted their political core role; effectively led and coordinated the implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws, especially propaganda, education , and ideological orientation for party members, helping workers to comply with the Party's and State's policies and guidelines.
Along with that is maintaining a good coordination relationship between the Party Committee and the enterprise management, contributing to consolidating the stability and development of the enterprise. However, promoting the Party development work in private enterprises is always a difficult task, requiring objectivity, both strengthening the Party's leadership, promoting the role and social contribution of enterprises, and overcoming the limitations of enterprises.
From his work experience at his unit, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Hong, Party Cell Secretary of Xuan Cuong Friendship Joint Stock Company, shared that although the role of the Party organization in business activities has been affirmed, the number of Party members participating in activities is still quite modest, and the quality of Party members is not high. The reason partly comes from work pressure affecting the Party activity schedule; public pressure requires Party members to be exemplary, to enhance correct awareness of the role of Party members; along with that are the limitations because there is currently no system of documents specifically guiding Party activities in private enterprises, but mainly only directive and orientation documents...
Overcoming these difficulties, Party cells at private enterprises in Lang Son province have continuously developed in both quantity and quality, clearly demonstrating their role as "political cores", as bridges between enterprises and workers. The Party cells have also always received attention from Lang Son Provincial Party Committees. Established since 2022, the Party Cell of Huu Nghi Xuan Cuong Joint Stock Company has 15 Party members participating in regular activities.
As of May 2025, the Party Cell has 2 more outstanding people who have completed their profiles, examined their backgrounds and proposed to be considered for admission to the Party; 4 other people have completed the Party knowledge training course. This is a positive signal showing that the Party Cell is increasingly creating attraction and spreading its political role in the enterprise.
Seeing the benefits of building a party organization in the enterprise, in 2017, the Party Cell of DK Viet Nhat Electric Vehicle One Member Limited Liability Company was established, and now has 8 party members (out of a total of 80 employees, accounting for 10%). With the trust of the Party Committees, authorities and business owners, the Party Cell's activities have many advantages: Party activities are organized periodically and regularly; the company organizes many common activities, thereby maintaining introductions, explanations, and increasing interest in the Party for employees; the party members are all senior employees with excellent moral qualities;...
Along with that, proactively developing the Party organization in both quantity and quality, in 2024 the Party cell admitted 2 more Party members, in 2025 admitted 2 more Party members and in 2026 planned to send 3 people to attend the Party sympathy class.
“Our Company's Party Cell always attaches importance to propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to employees; regularly coordinates well with business owners to best serve employees, build harmonious and stable labor relations, and develop the business further”, said Ms. Bui Thi Bich Dao, Secretary of DK Viet Nhat Electric Vehicle One Member Limited Liability Company.
It can be seen that Party committees from the province to the grassroots and within enterprises in Lang Son have been constantly overcoming difficulties, strengthening leadership, deploying, and organizing implementation more closely to develop the Party in quality and quantity.
