Xuan Binh commune was established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Xuan Hoa, Bai Tranh, Xuan Binh (old Nhu Xuan district) and started operating from July 1, 2025. The orange trees, the tangerine trees... are full of fruit, they are busy taking care of the oranges ready for harvest, and taking care of the newly planted orange trees. On average, Ms. Hue's family hires 4 workers to work regularly with a salary of 250,000 - 350,000 VND/day.

Like Ms. Hue's family, Mr. Le Minh Hai's family is also a household with a large area of oranges in Xuan Binh. For more than 10 years, orange trees have been attached to the tree. Compared to other crops, orange trees not only bring economic efficiency but also create jobs for many local workers. On average, each year, after deducting expenses, Mr. Hai's family has an income of 150-170 million VND from orange harvest. In November, not only Mr. Hai's family but also many households in village 8, Xuan Binh commune carefully take care of the orange garden, preparing for the new harvest, promising stable productivity and prices. The activeness in labor and production of each person has contributed to the economic restructuring and crop production in Xuan Binh.

In agricultural, forestry and fishery production, Xuan Binh commune develops in the direction of improving productivity, quality and efficiency. The agricultural land area is accumulated and concentrated for large-scale agricultural production, applying high technology in 5 years, reaching 743 hectares. Many new varieties of high productivity and quality are put into cultivation, the application of science and technology in production is enhanced, bringing economic efficiency. Many production models with high economic value are implemented such as planting red-fleshed dragon fruit, green-skinned grapefruit, tangerine, yellow-heart orange, tangerine, guava, green squash, beekeeping for honey. In which, 75 hectares of fruit tree area are planned, mainly concentrated in village 8, Thanh Nien village. Up to now, Xuan Binh has 7 products that meet 3-star OCOP standards including: Quang Da honey, Nhu Xuan pear guava, Thien Phu honey, Xuan Hoa green-skinned grapefruit, Xuan Hoa Dien grapefruit, Xuan Hoa yellow-heart orange, Xuan Hoa tangerine. 13 products meet VietGap standards, typically Huy Hoang dragon fruit, Hung Tien village; Hoang Trong Luong safe vegetables, Nha May village; Nguyen Dang Ngoc livestock farm, Ho village...

The commune has converted sloping, infertile land into forestry, providing raw materials for the processing factory. Currently, the whole commune grows more than 4,000 hectares of acacia, mainly acacia varieties such as AH1, AH7, with an average yield of 100-120 tons of raw acacia/ha. Currently, Xuan Binh has 5 large acacia processing facilities.

In the livestock sector, it has developed strongly according to the model of family farms and farms associated with disease safety and environmental protection. In 2025, in Xuan Binh commune, there will be 6 concentrated livestock farms, including a number of enterprises investing in large-scale pig farms such as Song Duong Co., Ltd.; GOLDEN GOAT Agricultural Co., Ltd.; Long Son Investment and Livestock Joint Stock Company; Bai Tranh Farm Project of Tam Viet Livestock Joint Stock Company... Industry and handicrafts have developed in both scale and quality; factories and industrial production facilities in the area have operated stably, contributing significantly to job creation and increasing local budget revenue. In the past 5 years, 45 new projects have been completed and put into operation; some key industrial products account for a large proportion such as MDF wood panels, wood panels, plywood...; Established and recognized the infrastructure investor of 2 industrial clusters including Xuan Hoa Industrial Cluster and Bai Tranh Industrial Cluster.

Strive to accumulate and concentrate agricultural land area for large-scale agricultural production, applying high technology in the period of 2026-2030 to be 800 hectares, of which high-tech agricultural production is 264 hectares. Develop forestry in a sustainable direction associated with environmental protection, maintaining a forest cover rate of 69%; Exploit and make the most of the water surface area for aquaculture in Xuan Hop, Hung Tien, Hamlet 4, Hamlet 7, Hamlet 8, Hamlet 12, Giang Hamlet... Strive to have the product value per hectare of cultivated land and aquaculture reach over 108 million VND/ha by 2030. At the same time, create a favorable environment for industrial development - construction, invest in upgrading infrastructure, focus on enterprise development. Create all favorable conditions for investors to soon complete the infrastructure investment project of Xuan Hoa industrial cluster (30ha) and Bai Tranh industrial cluster (33.66ha) to attract secondary investors. Xuan Binh strives to become a new rural commune before 2030, and a model new rural commune by 2040, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Xuan Binh Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
