Approving the election results and dismissing the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed the Prime Minister's Decisions approving the election results and dismissal of the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for the 2021-2026 term.

Specifically, in Decision No. 2461/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for the 2021-2026 term for Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyet was born in 1979, educational level: Bachelor of Literature, PhD in Cultural Studies. Political theory level: Senior. Before holding the position of Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ms. Nguyet held the following positions: Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Ha Tinh City; Head of the Propaganda Department of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee; Secretary of the Thach Ha District Party Committee (formerly); Director of the Provincial Department of Education and Training.

In Decision No. 2462/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Ho Huy Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Ky Xuan commune.

Mr. Ho Huy Thanh was born in 1972, hometown: Kim Hoa commune, Ha Tinh province. He has a PhD in Land Management. Before holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Thanh held positions such as: Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (former); Secretary of the Ky Anh District Party Committee (former); Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Ky Xuan commune.

At the same time, in Decision No. 2459/QD-TTg and 2460/QD-TTg, respectively, the Prime Minister approved the results of the dismissal from the positions of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh and Mr. Duong Tat Thang.

The above Decisions take effect from the date of signing (November 8, 2025).
