Online meeting on housing policy and real estate market

On the morning of November 11, at the Government Headquarters, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, Head of the Central Steering Committee on Housing Policy and Real Estate Market, chaired the 3rd meeting of the Steering Committee in the form of online nationwide. According to the report of Thai Nguyen Department of Construction, the real estate market in the third quarter of 2025 remained stable, the transaction volume increased slightly, and prices fluctuated little. The whole province currently has 9 social housing projects with more than 8,200 units, many of which have been granted construction permits and are under construction. Notable projects are: Dai Thang Social Housing Area, Dong Tien Ward; Bach Quang Social Housing Area; Tan Quang Workers' Housing; Viet Han Urban Area... contributing to meeting the housing needs of people and workers.

Along with that, the Department of Construction has granted access to the database on housing and real estate market to 32 units, gradually making information transparent and improving management efficiency. The province is also focusing on removing difficulties in capital, land fund and legal procedures, in order to speed up the completion of projects, striving to build over 1,000 social housing units in 2025.
