On the morning of December 7, the Tien Nguyen Commune Party Committee held a conference to review and evaluate the Executive Committee (EC) and the Standing Committee (SBC) of the Party Committee in 2025. Attending the conference was comrade Nguyen Hong Trang, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee agencies.

Comrade Nguyen Van Hung, Party Secretary, Chairman of Tien Nguyen Commune People's Council spoke at the conference.

After implementing the 2-level local government, the Tien Nguyen Commune Party Committee has 19 members of the Executive Committee and 9 members of the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee. At the conference, the collective Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee frankly evaluated the results of leadership in implementing the tasks of socio-economic development; Party building and political system; ensuring national defense and security; the implementation of key projects, especially the 35kV power line to gradually bring the national grid to the disadvantaged villages.

In addition to the achieved results, the delegates also pointed out the limitations and causes, and proposed solutions to overcome them in the coming time such as: Focusing on improving the quality of Party cell activities; promoting digital transformation; Party member handbook activities; developing Shan Tuyet tea areas and completing the goal of bringing grid electricity to 8 villages without electricity.

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Hong Trang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and proactiveness in leadership and direction of the implementation of tasks of the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee in the past time.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Party Committee and the Party Committee of the commune clearly identify key tasks, thereby building a specific action program for the collective and for each comrade in 2026. In particular, the action program must closely follow the goals and directions of local development in the 2025-2030 term, in line with the practical situation, feasible, with focus and key points; ensuring synchronization between socio -economic development and strengthening national defense and security, building a strong political system.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Trang also noted that the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee should continue to innovate leadership methods; strengthen inspection and supervision; improve the quality of Party cell activities; promote the exemplary role of cadres and Party members; proactively grasp the situation at the grassroots level to promptly resolve arising issues, creating consensus among the people. This is an important basis for Tien Nguyen Commune to successfully complete the 2026 goals and the targets set in the resolution.
