With a democratic and frank spirit, at the meeting, voters of Nhu Xuan district requested the National Assembly, the Government, ministries and branches to continue to pay attention to investing in mountainous districts, especially investing in essential projects such as inter-commune roads, national power grid, clean water supply system, and boarding schools for ethnic minority students.

Pay attention to promoting vocational training programs that are close to the actual needs of the locality (wood processing, clean agriculture, community tourism services...) and have policies to attract businesses to invest in the district, creating jobs right in the hometown for workers. Have policies to support part of the cost of participating in social insurance and health insurance for freelance workers.

The National Assembly continues to allocate resources to invest in building infrastructure for schools in remote areas and ethnic minority areas, especially housing for teachers in disadvantaged areas and boarding houses for students.

At the same time, strengthen the medical staff and upgrade medical stations so that people can access timely medical services and limit the need to travel far, especially in emergency cases.

Acknowledging and appreciating the results that Nhu Xuan district has achieved in socio-economic development in the first quarter of 2025, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Lai The Nguyen requested Nhu Xuan district to focus on leading and directing the good implementation of political and ideological work among cadres, party members and people, and agree to implement the policy of rearranging the organization of the political system from district to commune.

Following the direction of the Central and the province, the Standing Committee of the Nhu Xuan District Party Committee focused on directing the development of a plan to merge communes according to the correct criteria and especially had to develop a plan to rearrange the organizational apparatus of communes.

After merging, communes must focus on directing the preparation for organizing the Party Congress at the commune level in accordance with Directive No. 45-CT/TW of the Politburo. Prepare well the Congress documents, clearly define the goals and development orientation of the commune in the 2025-2030 term; must promote the collective intelligence and local people in building the Congress documents.

Before the district level ends its operations from July 1, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Nhu Xuan District Party Committee must focus on leading and directing the continued implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring local defense and security; at the same time, solving work for citizens in a normal, continuous, and uninterrupted manner.
