On March 13, Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, conducted a field survey and worked with the Standing Committee of the Ngoc Lac District Party Committee on Party building work, focusing on government mass mobilization work.

Before working with the Standing Committee of Ngoc Lac District Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Lai The Nguyen and the working delegation surveyed some models of government mass mobilization on building green fences; the model of "Friendly Government for the People to Serve" in Ngoc Lac district.

At the places visited, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the effectiveness of the models with good, creative and effective methods. At the same time, he requested relevant sectors and local authorities to continue to replicate and develop the model to build a green, clean and beautiful environment and landscape; a friendly government serving the people.

The economy has always achieved a good growth rate, the average production value growth rate in the 2021-2023 period is estimated at 4.69%; in 2023, the production value growth rate will reach 5.04%. The average production value scale is estimated at 5,254 billion VND, 1.14 times higher than in 2020. The economic structure has shifted in a positive direction; the proportion of industry and construction increased from 34.95% to 37.46%. In the green fence model, the whole district has planted 361.2km of green fences; planted 359.2km of flower roads; the rate of neat household premises is over 75%. Doing a good job of propaganda and mobilizing people to voluntarily donate land to upgrade and expand traffic routes; in which, 299 households have been mobilized to donate 19,920m2 ^of residential land and garden land to implement the 4 traffic route items of the Ngoc Lac Urban Renovation project...

Concluding the working session, Mr. Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, reviewed the outstanding achievements of Ngoc Lac district over the past 3 years, emphasizing that the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has always been united, democratic in discussion, creative in leadership and direction, consistent with reality and creating consensus among the people. Therefore, the economy has achieved a fairly good growth rate, ranking first among mountainous districts and 7th in the province. Ngoc Lac is also one of the very few localities with agricultural production associated with processing and concentrated production, with crops that have affirmed their brands and meet export standards. The appearance of the new countryside has changed a lot, leading the mountainous region in the number of communes reaching the new rural finish line. This is also a district with socio-economic infrastructure that has received investment attention, attracting many large-scale projects early.

In the field of Party building and political system, the district has had many innovations in political and ideological education; mass mobilization work has many new, creative and effective ways that need to be researched, learned and replicated in mountainous areas.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested: The Standing Committee of Ngoc Lac District Party Committee continues to do a good job of mobilizing the masses, mobilizing the participation of the entire political system, focusing all resources to build and strive to reach the new rural destination by 2024, to become one of the first districts in the mountainous region to reach the new rural destination.

To do this, the district needs to continue to focus on directing the maintenance and improvement of the productivity, quality and efficiency of cassava, sugarcane and bamboo raw material areas associated with processing. This is an advantage for the stable development of the agricultural sector in a modern direction that few mountainous districts have. It is necessary to stabilize and expand the area of ​​rice cultivation, lychee for export and some other crops with room and potential for development. Develop reasonably according to the progress of livestock projects, at the same time, encourage people to switch from small-scale household livestock farming to farm and ranch farming, ensuring environmental sanitation. Mobilize all resources to invest in the missing infrastructure according to the requirements of meeting new rural standards, especially the criteria of clean water, transportation and cultural institutions; at the same time, pay attention to supporting investors to implement projects in the area.
