Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province Pham Quang Ngoc

Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

On November 12, 2025, the People's Council of Hung Yen province, term XVII, term 2021-2026, held the 33rd session to carry out the process of electing comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province for the term 2021-2026.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 11, 2025, Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on comrade Pham Quang Ngoc ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee; transferring and appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term./.
