Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh province Tran Huy Tuan

On the afternoon of November 12, 2025, the People's Council of Ninh Binh province elected comrade Tran Huy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, to hold the position of Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

On the afternoon of November 12, 2025, the People's Council of Ninh Binh province, term XV, 2021-2026, held its 5th session and elected comrade Tran Huy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030, to hold the position of Chairman of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026.

On the same morning, Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on comrade Tran Huy Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee ceasing to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, transferring and appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term./.
