On the morning of December 6, comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, inspected the preparations for the election of village and ward chiefs for the 2025-2027 term in Quang Yen town.

In preparation for the election of village and ward chiefs for the 2025-2027 term, the town has directed communes and wards to coordinate with the Fatherland Front Committees of communes and wards to guide villages and wards in implementing the process of introducing candidates for village and ward chiefs to ensure compliance with the prescribed process and time.

Currently, the process of personnel implementation for the election of village and ward chiefs for the 2025-2027 term in the town has been completed according to regulations. 179/179 villages and ward chiefs in the town have completed the personnel consultation steps, introducing 179 candidates for village and ward chiefs. Of these, 148 people were re-elected and 31 new candidates were introduced. The town is focusing on completing the preparation of conditions to ensure that the election takes place as planned.

Appreciating the preparation work for the election of village and ward chiefs for the 2025-2027 term of Quang Yen town, comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, requested the town to continue to promote propaganda work so that voters and people in the area can grasp the meaning of the election and the responsibilities of citizens.

In addition, the town continues to review and update the voter list accurately and completely; prepare to ensure conditions for the election to be conducted democratically, equally, legally, safely, economically and truly a festival of the people.
