Continuing activities within the framework of the visit and work in the Kingdom of Thailand, on April 26, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Delegation led by Mr. Ha Quoc Tri - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation visited and worked with the leaders of Bangkok city, Thailand.

At the meeting, Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt - Governor of Bangkok welcomed the Khanh Hoa delegation to visit Bangkok. At the same time, he expressed that in recent years, the relationship between Thailand and Vietnam has become increasingly strong. The friendly and effective relationship is strengthened by common interests, trust and mutual respect between the two countries. The visit of the Khanh Hoa delegation to Bangkok not only contributes to promoting the cooperative relationship and cultural exchange between the two localities but also contributes to strengthening and deepening the friendship between the two countries.
On behalf of the delegation, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Quoc Tri expressed his thanks to Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt and the leaders of Bangkok city for arranging their valuable time to welcome the delegation of Khanh Hoa province. Mr. Ha Quoc Tri said that the purpose of the trip was to promote and advertise the image of Khanh Hoa province's tourism to the people and tourism businesses of Bangkok in particular and Thailand in general; thereby promoting cooperation, tourism development, trade and people-to-people exchange between the two localities.
At the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Quoc Tri introduced the potential, strengths, socio-economic development situation and development orientation of Khanh Hoa province. Accordingly, the province is currently focusing all resources and efforts to implement Resolution 09 of the Politburo and the Central Resolutions on building and developing Khanh Hoa province, turning the locality into a centrally-run city by 2030. The National Assembly and the Government have provided many special mechanisms for the province, paying attention to investing in key transport infrastructure projects to connect Khanh Hoa with the whole country and provinces in the region. At the same time, Mr. Ha Quoc Tri expressed his wish to receive the attention and exchange of leaders of Bangkok city, Thailand to contribute to promoting the cooperative relationship between the two localities in the coming time; creating conditions for businesses of the two localities to explore investment opportunities and cooperation in tourism and trade development. On behalf of Khanh Hoa province's leaders, Mr. Ha Quoc Tri also respectfully invited Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt and delegates from Bangkok city to visit and work with Khanh Hoa province and attend the Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024 (scheduled to be held in June 2024); invite Bangkok businesses to participate in displaying and promoting products at this event.

Previously, on the afternoon of April 25, the delegation of Khanh Hoa province also met with the leaders of Chonburi province, Thailand. The delegation was received by Ms. Thitilak Khampha - Deputy Governor of Chonburi province and leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province. During the meeting, the two sides had specific discussions on the potential, strengths and opportunities for cooperation, investment and tourism development between the two localities. Ms. Thitilak Khampha said that she is ready to support Khanh Hoa province in promoting and advertising the tourism brand of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa to the people and businesses of the province, and expressed her wish to soon organize Famtrip delegations of Chonburi province to visit and work in Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa in the near future.
