According to reports, due to the impact of heavy rain that has lasted since October 28, landslides have occurred in the D'Ran Pass Suspension Bridge area, with rocks and trees spilling onto the road surface, causing damage to traffic infrastructure.
In particular, by the afternoon of October 29, a new landslide with an area of about 3,500m² continued to appear on the route, with an estimated landslide volume of about 60,000m³, posing a high risk of insecurity.

Faced with that situation, the Department of Construction, the Road Maintenance Project Management Board, the People's Committee of Xuan Truong Ward - Da Lat and the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police urgently put up warning signs, organized 24/7 guard duty, diverted traffic and developed a plan to reduce the load on the positive slope...

During the inspection, comrade Luu Van Trung acknowledged the efforts of the forces; at the same time, requested the units to continue to closely monitor the scene, proactively respond to the situation, and promptly overcome the landslide incident. Implement the temporary blockade well, not allowing two-way traffic to ensure safety.
