
Receiving and working with the delegation on behalf of the commune were: Comrade Lo Viet Hung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Nguyen Thanh Suu - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khoen On commune; and representatives of the leaders of political and social organizations of Khoen On commune.
During the working session, the inspection and supervision team listened to Comrade Nguyen Thanh Suu - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune - report on the results of the election work in the past period and the key tasks in the coming time.
Through inspection and supervision, it was found that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khoen On commune proactively developed plans and issued documents to organize and implement election work in accordance with the law and the guidance of the higher-level Fatherland Front. Coordination between the Fatherland Front and the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Committee of the commune, the Election Committee, and member organizations was carried out closely and synchronously; the first consultative meetings were organized in the correct order and procedures, ensuring democracy, transparency, correct composition, and high consensus on the structure, number, and composition of delegates. Election propaganda was implemented early and in diverse forms, suitable to the practical conditions of the locality; the awareness and responsibility of cadres, Party members, and the people regarding their rights and obligations as citizens in the election were raised, creating high consensus and unity. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune participated fully and responsibly in the election organizations; effectively promoting its role in representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people. Perform the function of supervising all stages of the election process effectively.

The candidate nomination process was conducted correctly, ensuring democracy, openness, and transparency; selecting individuals who met the required standards, qualifications, prestige, and capabilities. Inspection and supervision were carried out proactively and promptly; at the time of inspection, no complaints or denunciations related to the election process had arisen. The political security and social order in the commune remained generally stable, ensuring the conditions for a safe, lawful, and successful election.
Concluding the inspection and supervision session, Comrade Tong Thanh Binh, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province, acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and serious spirit of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khoen On commune in preparing and coordinating the organization of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term. He requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune to continue closely following the directives of the Central and provincial authorities, coordinating the full and timely implementation of all steps in the election process as prescribed by law; strengthening propaganda work to ensure that the people understand their rights, obligations, and responsibilities as voters. At the same time, he urged coordination in reviewing and accurately updating the voter list, preparing sufficient facilities and necessary conditions for the election; proactively monitoring the situation, promptly detecting and resolving difficulties and obstacles arising at the grassroots level.
Emphasizing the important political significance of the election, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ngai province, Tong Thanh Binh, requested Khoen On commune to continue to uphold its sense of responsibility, closely coordinate with the government and election committees at all levels, and resolutely organize the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in the commune, ensuring democracy, legality, safety, and success.
