In My Thoi ward, the delegation visited typical policy families, including: Ms. Duong Thi Sung (born in 1942), mother of martyr Doan Tien Dung, hometown Le Thuy district ( Quang Binh province), currently residing in Thoi Hoa hamlet, My Thoi ward; Ms. Pham Thi Bien (born in 1937), 3/4 war invalid, affected by toxic chemicals, hometown Chau Thanh district (Ca Mau province), currently residing in An Thoi hamlet, My Thoi ward.
Next, in Phu Hoa commune, the delegation visited Mr. Luu Van Lang (residing in Dong An hamlet), a 25% disabled veteran, and Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu (residing in Phu An hamlet), mother of martyr Vo Van Bo.

At the places he visited, Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Giang Thanh Khoa kindly asked about the health and encouraged the families, expressing his deep gratitude for the great sacrifices and contributions of war invalids, martyrs, and people with meritorious services to the revolution for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
He emphasized that the Party and State always remember the contributions of heroic martyrs, wounded and sick soldiers and families of policy beneficiaries.
