According to the report of the Provincial Military Command, on September 13 and 14, the Provincial Military Command mobilized 705 officers and soldiers of the regular force and militia to participate in collecting mud, soil and garbage in communes and wards in the city. Coordinated with the Department of Health to organize disinfection spraying in some schools and cultural houses of the groups, to prevent epidemics from occurring and affecting the health of the people.
