During his visits to the units, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh listened to brief reports from the leaders of the management boards on the situation regarding the implementation of tasks in 2025, forest management and protection, forest fire prevention and control during the dry season, as well as difficulties and obstacles encountered in the process of carrying out their duties.
Currently, the units have proactively developed plans for patrolling and monitoring forests, and implemented forest fire prevention and control measures during the dry season to maintain the forest area under their management.

Speaking at the visit and New Year's greetings, Comrade Nguyen Minh acknowledged and praised the efforts and sense of responsibility of the staff, officials, and workers at the two units in the management, protection, and development of forests in the past period. He emphasized that forests play a particularly important role in the socio -economic development, ecological environment protection, and disaster prevention of Lam Dong province; therefore, forest protection is always a key and long-term task.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that in the coming period, especially during the Lunar New Year and this year's dry season, units should continue to maintain vigilance, strengthen forest patrols and control, proactively develop forest fire prevention and control plans, and prevent complex incidents from occurring. At the same time, they should promote propaganda and mobilize people to raise awareness of forest protection, and closely coordinate with local authorities and relevant forces to effectively manage and protect forests.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026 (Year of the Horse), on behalf of the provincial leadership, Comrade Nguyen Minh extended New Year greetings of health, happiness, and success to all officials, employees, and workers of the two units. He expressed the hope that the units would continue to unite, strive to overcome difficulties, and successfully fulfill their assigned tasks of managing and protecting the forest area, contributing to maintaining the "green lungs" of Lam Dong province.
On this occasion, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh presented Tet gifts from the province to the Ta Kou Nature Reserve Management Board and the Song Mong - Ka Pet Protective Forest Management Board.
