On the morning of February 15th, Mr. Nguyen Minh, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, visited and presented gifts to patients receiving treatment at Binh Thuan General Hospital on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026 (Year of the Horse).

Comrade Nguyen Minh, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, visited and extended New Year greetings to the staff of Binh Thuan General Hospital.

Here, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee cordially inquired about the health of and encouraged the relatives and patients suffering from serious illnesses who are being treated in the Pediatrics Department, Internal Medicine Department, and General Surgery Department... At the same time, he presented 50 gifts to the patients, each worth 1 million VND, and wished them a speedy recovery and a peaceful Tet holiday.

Along with visiting patients, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh visited and extended New Year greetings to the staff, doctors, nurses, and employees of the hospital. He acknowledged and highly appreciated the hospital's efforts in collaborating with higher-level hospitals to effectively handle difficult and complex cases, thereby improving the quality of treatment for patients.

Dr. Vu Cao Thien, Deputy Director of Binh Thuan General Hospital, expressed his gratitude to the provincial leaders.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee shared his understanding of the difficulties faced by the hospital during the period of simultaneously carrying out repairs and upgrades to its facilities while ensuring the provision of medical examination and treatment services. He also commended the construction units for their efforts in ensuring the project's progress and minimizing noise pollution that could affect treatment activities.

Representatives from Binh Thuan General Hospital expressed their deep gratitude for the attention shown by the provincial leaders. They also stated that in 2026, the hospital will continue to innovate and improve the quality of treatment and services for patients.

According to Binh Thuan General Hospital, in the days leading up to Tet (Lunar New Year), approximately 400 patients are receiving inpatient treatment in various departments. The hospital has assigned 230 doctors, nurses, and medical staff to be on duty 24/7. Along with the number of relatives caring for patients, an average of about 1,000 people are present at the hospital each day.
