(DN) - On the morning of November 13, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairwoman of Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang chaired a meeting with the Department of Agriculture and Environment and related departments and branches on the results of drafting resolutions in the agriculture and environment sector to be submitted to the Provincial People's Council for approval at the regular meeting at the end of 2025.

Accordingly, the Department of Agriculture and Environment has 8 resolutions submitted to the Provincial People's Council at the regular meeting at the end of 2025, including: Resolution stipulating fees for appraisal of issuance, re-issuance, and adjustment of environmental licenses in the province; Resolution stipulating fees for appraisal of environmental impact assessment reports, environmental improvement and restoration plans in the province (in the environmental field); Resolution stipulating fees for appraisal of projects, reports on exploration and assessment of reserves, exploitation and use of underground water, fees for appraisal of dossiers, conditions for practicing underground water drilling, fees for appraisal of projects on exploitation and use of surface water in the province (in the field of irrigation and water resources); Resolution stipulating land policies for ethnic minorities living in the province; Resolution stipulating criteria for land zoning, land classification, determination of areas and locations of land in the Land Price List in the province; Resolution stipulating the Price List of land types in the province in 2026 (in the land field); Resolution stipulating the level of support for specialized forest protection forces in the province for the period 2023-2027 (in the forestry sector); Resolution to abolish the Resolutions of the People's Councils of the old Dong Nai and old Binh Phuoc provinces in the fields of agriculture and environment in the new Dong Nai province.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang agreed that 4 resolutions have been completed and will be submitted to the Provincial People's Council for approval at the regular meeting at the end of 2025, including: 3 resolutions in the fields of environment, irrigation, water resources and the Resolution to abolish the Resolutions of the People's Councils of the old Dong Nai and old Binh Phuoc provinces in the fields of agriculture and environment in the new Dong Nai province.

Resolutions on land are awaiting feedback from the provincial Fatherland Front. As for the resolution on forestry, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is requested to advise the Provincial People's Committee to seek opinions from ministries to submit to the nearest thematic meeting of the Provincial People's Council.
