Working with the Government delegation were Secretary of Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Truong Quoc Huy; Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council, Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Bui Duc Hinh.

According to a report from Phu Tho province, in the first 10 months of 2025, the province's socio -economic situation achieved many positive results. The industrial production index increased by 26.94%; FDI attracted more than 1.2 billion USD, up 84% over the same period in 2024; budget revenue is estimated at 47.5 trillion VND, equal to 118% of the estimate assigned by the Central Government.

Disbursement of public investment capital reached 82.5%, among the highest in the country. National target programs, social housing development, administrative reform, social security, and digital transformation were implemented synchronously.

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son worked with key leaders of Phu Tho province.

Speaking at the working session, Provincial Party Secretary Truong Quoc Huy said that Phu Tho has prioritized removing obstacles in site clearance, attracting investment, improving the business environment and innovating management and administration methods.

He proposed that the Government direct the simplification of procedures related to agricultural land, shorten environmental impact assessment procedures for secondary investors, promote digital transformation in the customs sector, support businesses in accessing technology and transferring techniques to serve production.

In his concluding remarks, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son acknowledged and highly appreciated the comprehensive results of Phu Tho province in recent times, especially maintaining a high growth rate, disbursing public investment capital, and attracting FDI.

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son visited and surveyed Ba Thien II Industrial Park.

The Deputy Prime Minister suggested that the province needs to clearly identify the advantages after the merger, implement the provincial planning, complete programs, mechanisms, policies and key projects in accordance with the orientation in the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

Phu Tho must fulfill the highest development targets in 2025, ensure high economic growth, increase budget revenue, and focus on key driving forces such as industry, services, and tourism.

The province needs to continue to remove bottlenecks and be determined to disburse 100% of public investment capital, and continue to support the commune level to remove difficulties in the operation of the two-level local government. The Deputy Prime Minister believes that with determination, initiative and innovation, Phu Tho will make a positive contribution to the overall development of the country.

The delegation visited the Public Administration Service Center of Viet Tri ward.

Previously, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son and the delegation visited and worked with Ba Thien II Industrial Park and a number of secondary investors in the Industrial Park. The Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated the green, clean, and modern development model and asked the investor to continue promoting the application of renewable energy and attracting high-tech projects, especially in key areas such as semiconductors, to create new development momentum.

Visiting the Viet Tri Ward Public Administration Service Center, the Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated the spirit of serving the people of the local staff and civil servants.
