Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son presents gifts to the Huong Tram residential area.

Over the years, Huong Tram residential area has always been united and actively participated in patriotic emulation movements and the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" campaign. In 2025, the entire area had 36 households awarded the title of Exemplary Culturally Rich Family; 4 collectives and 25 individuals were recognized for outstanding achievements.

The campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" achieved many outstanding results with 807 out of 852 households participating, accounting for 95%. The people donated 250m² of land and contributed labor to build public works.

Furthermore, many self-governing models continue to be maintained and developed, such as "Green Sunday," "Clean Streets - Bright Alleys - Clean Fields," "Self-Governing Residential Areas," "Green, Clean, and Beautiful Residential Areas," "Flower-lined Roads," etc., creating positive changes in environmental protection and building a civilized lifestyle.

In addition, the "Fund for the Poor" campaign, the "Tet for the Poor" campaign, and other social welfare programs continue to be implemented effectively, creating resources to support disadvantaged households in improving their lives and achieving stability.

Speaking to the people of Huong Tram area, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son acknowledged the positive results achieved in implementing emulation movements and building a cultural life in the Huong Tram residential area.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the spirit of unity and consensus among the people is the core element for fulfilling the tasks of 2025 and creating a new momentum throughout society. In particular, building national unity has created immense strength, helping our country overcome difficulties and challenges, achieve great accomplishments in all fields, contribute to improving the material and spiritual lives of the people, and enhance our country's prestige and position in the international arena.

The Deputy Prime Minister stated that the National Unity Day is not only an occasion to recall traditions, but also a chance for each citizen to become more united, work together, and build a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized homeland.

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son and leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and exemplary families in Huong Tram area.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested that the Party Committee, government, and Fatherland Front at all levels in Huong Tram residential area, Viet Tri ward, continue to innovate the content and methods of their activities, stay close to the grassroots, understand the thoughts and aspirations of the people; improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization, and promptly convey the Party and State's guidelines and policies to the people.

Viet Tri ward and other localities in the province will continue to pay more attention to policy beneficiary families, people with meritorious services, poor households, and those with particularly difficult circumstances; and will continue to mobilize social resources to support vulnerable people, especially during natural disasters, storms, and floods.

Promoting the movement to encourage learning and talent development, upholding Phu Tho 's tradition of valuing education; striving for 100% of children of school age to attend school, with no students dropping out, creating favorable conditions for the younger generation to enhance their knowledge.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son and the leaders of Viet Tri ward presented many gifts and cash to Huong Tram residential area and policy beneficiary families and exemplary families in Huong Tram residential area.
