At Thisky Hall Sala Convention Center (An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) - the main venue of the forum, the Deputy Prime Minister worked with the subcommittees on content, reception, logistics, security, communication technology and exhibition booths. Up to this point, the preparation work has almost been completed, the technical system - facilities have been tested and reviewed overall.

Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son acknowledged the efforts of the participating units in preparation and emphasized the importance of the forum in the context of many fluctuations in the global economy. He asked the units to continue completing the final items and ensure the set progress.

Regarding the ceremony and art part, the Deputy Prime Minister requested that the program be more special , imbued with Vietnamese cultural identity. He suggested enhancing images, paintings and famous Vietnamese artworks to create highlights, and at the same time consider this an opportunity to promote national culture to the international community.

Regarding the organization process, he also noted that the organizers need to be flexible with time and scientific activities, creating comfort and naturalness for delegates, experts and participating businesses. Arranging time appropriately will help increase the efficiency of exchange, connection and ensure the quality of working sessions.

The Autumn Economic Forum 2025 is scheduled to open on November 26 at Thisky Hall (HCMC), gathering more than 600 delegates, including Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, leaders of ministries, about 30 diplomatic agencies, more than 500 domestic enterprises and 70 international delegations, many large organizations such as the United Nations, IMF, ADB and the global C4IR network. This is considered one of the events with the largest international cooperation scale in 2025, focusing on green transformation, digital transformation and smart economy.

Opening on November 25, WEF Managing Director Stephan Mergenthaler shared at the talk show "Intelligent Generation NOW", inspiring young people and the startup community about the global vision in green - digital transformation and smart economic development.

This year's event also upgraded the CEO 100 model to CEO 500 - Tea Connect for the first time, chaired by the Prime Minister, creating a space for strategic dialogue between the Government and the domestic and foreign business community. The program is expected to have more than 20 presentations from global corporations such as Foxconn, Qualcomm, Siemens, Amazon... along with many signing ceremonies for cooperation in technology, logistics, data centers and supply chains, affirming the increasing attraction and position of Ho Chi Minh City in the international economic - technological cooperation network.

November 27 focuses on connecting, experiencing, and introducing Ho Chi Minh City's technology and innovation ecosystem to expand international cooperation. The series of events demonstrates the city's long-term commitment to accompany, honoring the spirit of connection - innovation - integration, thereby making the Autumn Economic Forum an influential dialogue venue in the region.
