Bac Khanh Vinh commune includes three villages: Suoi Cau, Suoi Sau and Ben Khe, with more than 1,118 households and over 4,600 people, including 9 ethnic groups living together in solidarity and harmony.

Over the past years, Bac Khanh Vinh commune has changed significantly thanks to the leadership of the Party Committee, the government and the participation of the Fatherland Front and organizations. Digital transformation has spread widely, the agricultural economy has flourished, people's lives have improved, more than 95% of households have achieved the title of Cultural Family, 100% of school-age children have gone to school. The spirit of mutual love has been promoted, people have actively supported compatriots in difficulty, contributing to strengthening the great solidarity bloc, building a loving and sustainable community.

Speaking at the festival, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh expressed his joy at the changes in the locality and praised the efforts, initiatives and results that the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and people of Bac Khanh Vinh commune have achieved.

The commune needs to continue to strengthen the great solidarity bloc, maintain security, promote democracy and consensus to effectively implement development goals; proactively exploit advantages, develop ecological agriculture associated with tourism, focus on protecting forests and the environment and promoting digital transformation.

Strengthening the building of cultural life, preserving identity, implementing democratic regulations well; maintaining the spirit of "3 closeness" (close to the people - close to the grassroots - close to digital space); "5 musts" (must listen - must dialogue - must be a role model - must take responsibility - must report results); "4 nos" (no formalities - no avoidance - no shirking - no wrong functions); taking care of poor households and people with meritorious services; strengthening people's trust and strength...

The Deputy Prime Minister believes that with the leadership of the Party and the consensus of the people, Bac Khanh Vinh commune will continue to achieve even greater results, contributing to Khanh Hoa province's successful implementation of socio-economic development goals, building an increasingly rich, civilized and affectionate homeland.
