The Deputy Prime Minister affirmed that the achievements of the past year included great efforts and contributions from Catholics. Bishop Joseph Do Manh Hung expressed his joy at the great achievements that Vietnam in general and Binh Thuan in particular have achieved in the past year, notably the completion and putting into operation of the expressway through Binh Thuan province, and the successful organization of the National Tourism Year 2023.
