Chairman of the Board of Directors of An Tri Group Bang Cuong Chi and members of the delegation congratulated Vietnam on its great development achievements in more than 30 years of reform and opening up.

Mr. Pang Gangzhi said that the enterprises in the delegation came from the Greater Bay Area with four central cities including Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macau, and Shenzhen, which is not only the fourth largest urban area in the world (after the San Francisco Bay Area, the New York Bay Area of the United States, and the Tokyo Bay Area of Japan) but also the center of science and technology innovation in China, with a total GDP equivalent to 2,000 billion USD.

During their visit to Vietnam, the delegation surveyed investment opportunities in Hai Phong and Quang Ninh with the assistance of the Ministry of Planning and Investment and the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam. Realizing that Vietnam is a very potential market, the delegation hopes to find Vietnamese partners to cooperate in investment in the fields of high technology, digital transformation, smart urban management, artificial intelligence, big data, etc.

The Deputy Prime Minister said that the potential and opportunities for cooperation between the two countries are still large; he believes that these potentials and opportunities will be materialized into specific cooperation projects, especially when there is a railway system connecting southern China with Vietnam (the final destination is Hai Phong).

The Deputy Prime Minister also said that the two sides can cooperate in training human resources in the fields of artificial intelligence and digital transformation. Currently, Vietnam is cooperating with two main partners, Samsung and LG, to realize the policy of training 5,000 semiconductor engineers and digital transformation by 2030./.
