Attending the event were Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Linh, Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province and Chairperson of the Provincial Women's Union; Mr. Bui Minh Hai, Vice Chairperson of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, along with representatives from relevant departments, agencies, and units.

Mr. Bui Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, suggested that the Provincial Women's Union and relevant departments and units closely coordinate to effectively implement the "Market 4.0" model plan.

According to the coordinated plan, the units will assist small traders in opening bank accounts, providing free QR codes, guiding them on the use of electronic payment applications; installing free Wi-Fi in market areas and strengthening propaganda on secure digital payments and identifying high-tech fraud schemes.

The " Market 4.0 " model will be implemented at the former Ward 5 market (now Tan Thanh Ward); Vinh My A market in Hoa Binh commune; and businesses along Tran Hung Dao street, from May to December 2026.
