The operation involved staff from the Public Service Center, the Police, the Military , local security forces, and various departments, agencies, and organizations of the ward.

On main roads and market areas, authorities are simultaneously implementing measures to restore urban order. The focus is on addressing encroachments on roads and sidewalks; dismantling illegal awnings, canopies, light boxes, and advertising signs; and rectifying business activities that detract from aesthetics and obstruct traffic.

Along with enforcement, the forces intensified propaganda, reminders, and mobilization efforts to raise awareness among business owners and residents about complying with legal regulations; preventing the re-encroachment on sidewalks and roads; and contributing to gradually building a civilized urban lifestyle and ensuring traffic order and safety in the area.

"The task of restoring urban order should not only be limited to peak periods but needs to be implemented regularly and continuously, with a decisive and coordinated spirit; at the same time, each violation case must be dealt with decisively, preventing the recurrence of encroachment on roads and sidewalks," emphasized Tran Duy Viet, Vice Chairman of Phu Bai Ward People's Committee, at the launch event.
