Phu Luong: Disbursement of public investment capital reached 48% of the plan

In 2025, the People's Committee of Phu Luong district was assigned by the province to disburse over 37.1 billion VND in public investment capital; the District People's Council assigned 107.3 billion VND. As of May 8, the district has disbursed over 17.7 billion VND in public investment capital according to the plan assigned by the province, reaching 48%; according to the plan assigned by the district, it was 40.4 billion VND, reaching 37.7%.

The project to build a pilot model for collecting and treating rural domestic wastewater in Yen Ninh commune (Phu Luong) has completed about 90% of the workload.

To ensure the progress of disbursing 100% of public investment capital according to the plan, the leader of Phu Luong District People's Committee requested the investor to urgently prepare payment documents to send to the State Treasury to disburse the allocated capital for completed projects. For transitional projects that are being finalized, the investor needs to urge the contractor to speed up the construction progress, hand over the project to put it into use in accordance with the signed contract, ensuring quality. Regarding newly started projects, the District People's Committee requested the investor to urgently prepare, submit for approval the project, approve the bidding plan and start construction before May 30, 2025...

In 2025, Phu Luong district will have 72 new projects and works started by the District Project Management Board, People's Committees of communes and towns, and the Department of Agriculture and Environment as investors. Currently, the projects are being accelerated by investors and units in approving documents, preparing and appraising project documents, approving technical reports, etc.
