The content of the contest was recorded in video about the implementation of models, typical examples of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the district. There were 15 units participating in the contest with 26 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models.
The entries mainly focus on the task of building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, focusing on models of garden economic development, planting and caring for flower and tree routes, classifying waste at source, disseminating laws, administrative reform, social security, etc.
According to Ms. Bui Thi Kim Hoang - Deputy Head of the People's Mobilization Committee of Phu Ninh District Party Committee, the entries are all invested and of high quality, ensuring the conveyance of ideas and propaganda messages, reflecting the participation of the people, cadres and party members actively participating in implementing the "Skilled People's Mobilization" models.
Contest entries are posted on the Fanpage “Phu Ninh District Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Committee”. The communication, liking and sharing of the model is one of the bases for consideration and selection.
Based on the selection, the Contest Jury proposed that the Steering Committee for implementing the Grassroots Democracy Regulations and the emulation movement to build a model, typical "Skillful People's Movement" of Phu Ninh district award 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 3 Third Prizes, 6 Encouragement Prizes and 2 Consolation Prizes.
